At Dujasic we make sure that your order arrives to you quickly and safely.
- Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.
- For shipments to Belgium we charge a flat rate of €7.95
- For other shipments within the EU we charge a flat rate of €12.95
- For international shipments outside the EU we charge a flat rate of €19.95
- If you order before 5:00 PM, you will receive your order the next working day (NL).
- If you order before 4:00 PM, you will receive your order the next working day (BE).
- All packages are shipped with track & trace, so you can always track your order.

Returns
Would you prefer a different size? No problem, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- Returns can only be made using the return form that you will receive in your email after placing your order or you can download the return form below.
- The costs for returning are at your own expense. Please note: if a return is sent without sufficient postage, it will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
- Items may be tried on, but must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Make sure that there are no traces of make-up, stains or damage visible and that they are returned neatly without wrinkles.
- If the product is returned without a clothing label or if the clothing label is no longer attached to the shirt as in its original condition, the return will not be accepted.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded. In that case, the item will be returned to the sender.
- Items from sale promotions cannot be returned .
- Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
- If the items are returned after more than 14 days of receipt, they will no longer be accepted.
We carefully check every item before it is shipped, so you will always receive a clean, unworn product.
